My Add-on does not appear to be working?

Step 1 - Open Chrome Extensions

Open Chrome Browser and Type "chrome://extensions" in the address bar, as shown

Step 2 - Ensure the ENABLED box is ticked and Addon is Enabled.

If it is not ticked, simply click on the box to tick it.

If you cannot place a check in the checkbox, then you will need to remove the Add-on and Re-install it.

To remove the Add-on, simply click the trash can symbol in the upper right corner next to the Add-on.

Follow the instructions above for reinstallation.

Step 3 - Ensure you have Latest Version of the Add-on

In the Chrome Extensions, click UPDATE as shown below. This will update your Add-on to the latest version
