Prices Drop in Battersea Power Station
Price cutting signals loosening in Battersea/Nine Elms

By March 2016, new build resale units in Battersea/Nine Elms regeneration area had undergone a series of price reductions across a large number of units. The price cutting had started in late 2015 however, by March 2016 it was evident that scale and severity of cuts were signalling price loosening across the developments.
Reductions were as much as 38pct with millions of pounds being removed from asking prices. This brief article highlights a selection of units being affected alongside a snapshot of property listings that had undergone reductions as of March 2016.
